Your MPIN, your fingerprint and your phone work together. Even if someone gets your phone, they cannot get to your money.

Never share your MPIN or OTP
Not with family, not with friends and not with anyone who says they are from ApnaPay.
We never call for your details
ApnaPay will never call, SMS or WhatsApp you to ask for your MPIN, OTP or card number.
Do not tap unknown links
Fake SMS and WhatsApp links can steal your details. Open ApnaPay only from the app.
Check the name before you pay
We always show the receiver's name. If it does not match, stop and check.
Keep your phone locked
Use a screen lock and turn on fingerprint or Face ID in ApnaPay.
Lost your phone? Call us
Call 0800-00000 right away and we will block your account until you are back.
Four tricks fraudsters use, and how to beat them.
"You have won a prize"
A caller says you won a car, a phone or cash and asks for a code to "send the prize". There is no prize. Hang up. Never read out a code you got by SMS.
"I am calling from ApnaPay"
The caller says your account will be blocked unless you share your MPIN. ApnaPay staff will never ask for it. Hang up and call 0800-00000 yourself.
"I sent money to you by mistake"
You get a fake SMS that money came in, then a call asking you to send it back. Always check your balance in the app. A real wrong transfer can be reported to us.
Fake links and fake apps
Messages with links to "update your account" or "claim cashback" lead to fake pages. Only download ApnaPay from Google Play or the App Store.
